Vacancy – Global Account Support
As a Global Account Support, you will work in our international sales team and support the management of one of our key global accounts.

Key duties
- Provide best in class customer service to our key global account
- Collaborate effectively with our Export Manager to maximise our sales opportunities based on customer feedback
- Complete order entries and prepare quotations via our online portal accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal departments, including our warehouse, on any customer support enquiries
- Resolve and reduce escalations with a proactive and positive attitude

Package and benefits
Full-time working hours are fixed between 8.30am and 5.30pm and totalling 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
