We are looking for a polished, enthusiastic, and commercially minded Skincare Consultant & Front of House to join our flagship team.
This role combines luxury client service, skincare consultation, and retail sales. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a seamless client experience while confidently recommending products and treatments tailored to individual needs.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience.
- Manage bookings, enquiries, payments, and client records.
- Conduct skincare consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments.
- Drive retail sales through confident, consultative recommendations.
- Support treatment bookings and encourage client retention.
- Maintain an immaculate reception and retail environment.
- Work closely with therapists and management to ensure outstanding client care.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in skincare, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
- A genuine passion for skincare and client care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence recommending products and treatments.
- Organised, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using booking and POS systems.
- Motivated by targets and personal performance.
- Fluent in English.
- Weekend availability is essential.
