Summary
We are seeking an Accompanied Viewer to join our dynamic team in Jesmond. This role is pivotal in enhancing client relationships by providing exceptional viewing experiences, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service. The role has flexible working hours usually between 10-15 hours per week with a minimum guarantee of 5 hours per week. Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants and buyers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide detailed information about properties and answer any questions from prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of viewings and feedback received.
- Collaborate with the property management & Negotiators
- Stay updated on available properties.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during viewings.
- Punctual and well-presented
- Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Uk Driving license and use of own car
