We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paint Sprayer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment with precision to achieve uniform coverage
- Mix paints and coatings accurately according to specifications
- Apply multiple coats of paint or protective coatings as required, maintaining consistent quality standards
- Inspect finished work for defects or imperfections and rectify as necessary
- Maintain and clean all tools and equipment after use to ensure longevity and safety
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all phases of work
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
Experience
- Proven experience as a paint sprayer in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Basic maths skills for measuring and mixing paints accurately
- Warehouse experience or knowledge of material handling is beneficial
- Previous work in construction painting or related fields will be highly regarded
