Job title: Registered Children’s Home Manager – Burton on Trent
Salary/Bonus: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum

Paradise Care Group (Branston House) are currently looking for a Registered Home Manager for our three-bedded children’s residential home in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and young people at all times. We are looking for a compassionate and inspiring Registered Children’s Home Manager to help this home continue to flourish.
Branston House is newly registered children's home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, providing the stability, warmth, and consistency they need to thrive. Our dedicated team works hard to create a nurturing space where every child feels valued, listened to, and understood.
What you’ll bring:
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Children’s Home
- Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach
- Strong knowledge of children’s home regulations and legislation
- A positive track record with Ofsted inspections
- The ability to inspire a team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Full UK Driving Licence
