Remote Conveyancing Fee Earner
We are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a growing firm on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient conveyancer to manage a varied residential property caseload with flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Providing high levels of client care and maintaining strong communication throughout transactions.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
About You:
- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
