Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, reliable and customer-focused Viewing Agent / Inventory Coordinator to join our growing team on a weekend basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently and being out on-site rather than office-based. The successful candidate will represent S Stone Management when meeting prospective tenants, landlords and contractors, ensuring a professional and efficient service at all times.
This is a weekend position, with working hours of 12:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional hours may be available from time to time, subject to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Property Viewings
- Conduct accompanied property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Answer basic questions regarding the property and tenancy process.
- Record viewing feedback and report back to the lettings team.
- Promote the property professionally and maximise letting opportunities.
Inventory & Check-in Coordination
- Carry out tenant check-ins.
- Assist with inventory inspections and reports.
- Ensure tenants sign all relevant documentation where required.
- Report any discrepancies or property issues identified during inspections.
Property Inspections
- Conduct routine property inspections in accordance with company procedures.
- Take clear photographs and prepare inspection reports.
- Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Customer Service
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants.
- Maintain excellent communication throughout appointments.
- Deliver a positive customer experience.
Administration
- Update internal systems following appointments.
- Upload photographs and inspection reports.
- Ensure all records are accurate and completed promptly.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
- Be professional, reliable and well-presented at all times.
- Be confident when interacting with landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors.
- Be comfortable working independently whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be punctual, dependable and able to manage appointments efficiently.
- Be confident using smartphones, Microsoft Office and online systems.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Have previous experience within lettings, property management or estate agency
- Have previous experience conducting property viewings or inspections (preferred but not a must)

Pay: £14.00 per hour
