We are seeking a talented and passionate self employed Beautician/Nail technician to join The Hub.
As a Beautician/Nail tech you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty and nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
- Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures. Acrylics builder gel And nail art.
- Perform eyelash extensions and other specialised services as required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment areas.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring personalised service.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Foster a warm and hospitable atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best options available.
Experience
- Previous experience in a beauty/Nails or similar role is preferred, with a strong focus on guest services and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial in creating a positive client experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
