Your role:
To provide excellent customer service to all our visitors and ensure all food and beverage items are being served to the highest quality. To ensure the highest quality of hygiene is being maintained in all areas of operation.
Main Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional & courteous manner.
· The correct & effective use of the till system as well as end of day reports.
· Ensure that all services are legally compliant at all times, the sale of all food & beverage adhere to Food Safety Laws.
· Adhere to & ensure FOH staff uphold LE policy’s & procedures for Cash Handling
· Create a positive environment & culture through constant communication & reinforcement.
· Ensure you are adhering to the company's policies, procedures as set in the LEH training manual for the duration of your employment.
· Ensure you adhere to the trained safe working practices, being aware of & adhering to all health & safety, COSHH, PPE requirements, emergency & fire procedures
· Ensure all areas are always kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.
· Be aware of & communicate dietary requirements & have excellent product knowledge.
· Carry out any reasonable request given by a member of the management team.
