A working cleaning supervisor is needed for a food production site in Foston. The hours are 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday. You will work aside and lead a small team. Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
