About the Role:
The Supply Pool is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work in partnership schools across Eccleshall. The schools we work with are a part of the Shaw Education Trust, Serving pupils across all key stages.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in education or care, or graduates passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
The schools:
Partner schools support pupils with diverse needs including:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Speech and language difficulties

What You'll Need:
✅ Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in schools or similar care/education settings
✅ Willingness to provide personal care where necessary
✅ Confidence and composure when working with challenging behaviour
✅ Compassionate, patient, and resilient attitude
✅ Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply)
