Duties

- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring basic math skills are applied in cash handling.
- Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and assist with stock management.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced setting.
