What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Leading and inspiring a team within your nursery room
✨ Planning exciting activities that spark imagination and learning
✨ Creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children
✨ Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
✨ Supporting children’s development and celebrating their achievements
✨ Ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained
We’re Looking For Someone Who
✔ Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
✔ Has experience working in an early years setting
✔ Is passionate about helping children thrive
✔ Has excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Brings energy, creativity, and positivity to every day
✔ Can lead by example and support team development
Requirements
- Proven management and leadership experience within a childcare or nursery setting.
- Strong working knowledge of childcare practices, early childhood education principles, and child development stages.
- Experience working directly with children in a nursery or similar environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Valid childcare qualification (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent).
- Childcare experience specifically within nurseries is highly desirable.
- Passionate about working with children and committed to their safety, development, and wellbeing. This position offers an enriching environment where you can make a meaningful difference in young children's lives while developing your professional skills within early years education.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
