Job Introduction
2 x Fixed Term Contracts to 31/3/2028
We’re pleased to share an opportunity for two Making Prevention Real (MPR) Programme Officer roles within Adult Social Care.

The Programme Officers will work closely with senior leaders, teams across the Council and external partners to design and implement prevention‑focused change. This is a great opportunity for someone who:
-
Has experience in programme, project or change management
-
Enjoys working collaboratively across services and organisations
-
Is confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
-
Is motivated by improvement and making a tangible difference for residents
While experience in Adult Social Care or health and care systems is desirable, we welcome interest from anyone who feels they have relevant skills, experience and transferable strengths.
