The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department within the branch, ensuring the smooth operation of all sales processes. You will work closely with clients and Vendors to provide a seamless and professional service whilst driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales staff to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Venders and Buyers
- Implement strategies to attract new business and manage a growing portfolio
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and local knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Senior Sales role with a proven ability to manage and grow a team, and experience in valuing
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car
