Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RGN Deputy Manager to join our team at Clairleigh. This pivotal role involves supporting the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, and fostering a warm environment for our residents. Responsibilities
- Assist the Home Manager in managing daily operations of the nursing home.
- Lead and supervise care staff to ensure excellent resident care.
- Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Support staff training and professional development.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents.
- Manage medication administration processes efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of care services.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience within a nursing or care home setting.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Knowledge of elderly care, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant qualifications in health or social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on resident well-being.
