Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable, though training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces in accordance with health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
- Adhere to organisational policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or additional duties as required
