The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks and working closely with staff, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Occasionally act as the point of contact for customers.
- Produce quotes and invoices.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence and letters.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contact lists.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application such as Word and Excel.
- Graphic design experience would be desirable but not essential.
