We are currently recruiting for a part time Purchase Ledger Assistant at our busy Hereford site . Full training will be provided as you move into your new role, however some computer experience is required.
Hours: 22.5 hours over 4 or 5 days
Rate of pay: £12.92 per hour
Duties will include
· Processing invoices/credits in line with goods received
· Resolution of day-to-day queries from suppliers
· Supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of differences
· Work closely with other elements of the finance department to ensure that daily, month end and year end deadlines are met
· Processing of twice monthly supplier payment runs
Job Type: Part time (based on 22.5 hours per week)

Experience – Desirable
· Experience of purchase ledger or other financial administration.
· Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel package
· Strong organisation and communication skills
