You will support adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities through meaningful, hands‑on activities including creative projects, gardening, woodworking, and practical life skills.
Our Creative Savvy centre grows produce in an allotment‑style garden and creates handmade wooden items from recycled pallets. You will help individuals build confidence, independence, and workplace skills in a supportive, encouraging environment.
The role is based at Creative Savvy, with flexibility to cover at other centres when required. You will also transport clients safely to and from sessions using your own vehicle.

- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Pay, Mileage & Travel
- Hourly pay and mileage begin from the point clients are collected
- Travel between centres during the working day is paid
- Travel from home to the first client and from the last client home is unpaid, in line with HMRC and NMW rules
- Mileage is reimbursed at the organisation’s standard rate
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for helping others thrive
- Comfortable working outdoors and supporting practical, creative activities
- Experience or interest in gardening, woodworking, crafts, or supporting adults with learning disabilities
- A friendly, motivating presence with a can‑do attitude

- Willingness to work flexibly across centres when needed
No previous social‑care experience is required — full training and development are provided.
