Labour Hire are looking for a SAFETY TECHNICIAN for a well-established company based in DERBY
As a Safety Technician, you will be responsible for testing, maintaining, calibrating, and preparing a wide range of safety and survey equipment for both hire and customer use. You will also support customers directly and help ensure the workshop operates efficiently at all times.

- Motivated with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence required
About the Job:
- Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30
- Salary - £30,000 per annum (negotiable, dependant on experience)
- Carrying out safety checks, testing, maintenance, and calibration of equipment
- Completing all required documentation both digitally and physically
- Maintaining workshop standards and ensuring hire equipment availability
- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively
- Providing telephone and email support to customers
- Maintaining stock levels of spare parts and repair items
- Supporting national teams and assisting other depots when required
- Attending internal and external training courses
