Bluebird Care Southampton is looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Health Care Assistants to support customers across Southampton and surrounding areas, including Totton, Eling, Calmore, Marchwood, Lyndhurst, and Ashurst.

Your Role
As a Health Care Assistant, you will support customers with:
- Personal care and daily routines
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and light household tasks
- Helping customers remain active and safe in their homes and community
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- 18+ with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK – we cannot offer sponsorship
Typical Shifts
- Morning: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Alternate weekends required
