Our offering for a Partner Estate Agent with no experience:
- 60:40 commission split (which is bumped up to 70% once your first £50k has been made)

What can you expect from the role?
As a Laurels Partner, you will manage property sales from start to finish — from building your personal brand within your region, to handing over the keys on completion day. You’ll deliver a five-star service to every client while working with our expert marketing team to showcase homes through standout photography and high-quality marketing materials that help you stand out in your market. Building your name and reputation in your local area takes dedication. It can take up to six months to properly establish yourself, but if you put in the effort and do things the right way, you can quickly become the go-to agent in your area. Social media will play a key role in growing your personal brand. It’s not just about visibility — it’s about building trust and becoming a familiar face in your community. The commission split depends on your level of experience, with higher splits offered for more experienced candidates.
