Position: Sales executive
Type of Position: Permanent
Working Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the expansion of the sales function.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including client engagement, proposal preparation, and negotiation.
- Achieve sales and profit targets in line with the annual sales plan
- Set and drive mid- to long-term sales and marketing objectives
- Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to support revenue growth and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, to ensure effective delivery and to forecast and monitor customer production requirements
- Maintain and update sales-related records, including quotations, drawings, and product master data
- Conduct regular business trips (1–2 times per month, 7–10 days per trip) and cover key markets including Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Willingness and ability to travel to Eastern Europe (approximately 1–2 weeks per month)
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive
- Full right to work in the UK
Preferred requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of new products through on-the-job training.
- Polish language skills would be an advantage
