We are looking for a chef that is passionate about food and food delivery to create bistro standard dishes to our residents in their private residency. The Head Chef that takes on this role will preferably have at least 3-4 years experience in a Professional Kitchen, with appropriate qualifications to reflect this, and will have managerial and supervisory experience.
They will be eager to develop their skills and knowledge, whilst building strong working relationships with other team members. They will be overall responsible for the running of the kitchen including stock control, ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, COSHH, audit and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times.
They will work closely with the Residents, Managers and Owners of the home to ensure the kitchen operates effectively at all times. This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Chef to join a forward thinking friendly working environment , great hours and attractive salary.
