The role of Customer Service Representative:
- Act as the first point of contact for your own portfolio of repeat B2B customers
- Take customer orders and process them onto the system
- Manage the customer's journey from order to delivery, ensuring the best level of service throughout
- Handle queries and resolve issues or delays proactively
- Carry out administrative duties and liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless process
The ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds
- Strong communication skills and able to build excellent working relationships
- Able to handle difficult conversations and a good problem solver
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
