Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader / Third In charge to help lead our warm classroom enviroment. You will guide staff, ensure excellent standards of care and education, and maintain strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and delegate tasks across the team
- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and wellbeing
- Model best practice in childcare and early years education
- Support staff development, training, and teamwork
- Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Help drive continuous improvement in care and learning quality
