Job Title: Registered Manager – Supported Living (Learning Disabilities & Autism)
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a portfolio of Supported Living services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and behaviours of concern.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across Supported Living services, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality support delivery.
- Lead, motivate and develop Team Leaders and Support Workers to achieve excellent outcomes for the people we support.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, safeguarding requirements, and company policies.
- Drive continuous quality improvement through audits, service reviews, action plans, and performance monitoring.
- Promote person-centred approaches that maximise independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
- Oversee care planning, risk management, safeguarding investigations, and incident management processes.
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, retention, supervision, appraisal, and workforce development.
- Maintain positive relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families, advocates, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, staffing costs, occupancy, and service performance to ensure financial sustainability.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide leadership support when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Manager within Supported Living services.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Disabilities, Autism, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Mental Health, and person-centred support.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and achieving positive service outcomes.
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding legislation, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete).
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services when required.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
