Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Pay Rate: £18.25 per hour
Hours: 50+ hours per week
Start Time: 4:00am
Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for professional and reliable drivers seeking consistent work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
You will be working as part of a two-person delivery crew, delivering large household goods to customers across the region while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle.
- Complete deliveries to residential and commercial locations.
- Work effectively as part of a two-person delivery team.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete all relevant paperwork.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
- Comply with all road transport legislation and company procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
Physical Requirements
- This is a physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting.
- Deliveries are completed as part of a two-person crew.
- Candidates must be comfortable with manual handling throughout the working day.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good understanding of UK driving regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach.
- Previous multidrop, home delivery, furniture delivery, or similar experience is advantageous.
