WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing day-to-day operations and leading the team on shift
- Leading by example on the floor, rolling up your sleeves and setting the standard
- Confidently running solo shifts when required
- Delegating effectively to your team to keep service flowing
- Maintaining high standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Supporting staff with training, rotas, and performance
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Overseeing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and reporting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Comfortable working and making decisions independently
- A natural leader with strong communication skills
- A people person who naturally builds rapport with customers and keeps them coming back
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of licensing, food hygiene, and health & safety requirements
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Experience with coffee and cocktails is a big plus, barista or bar skills are highly desirable
Pay: £15.00 per hour
