We are currently looking to recruit a maintenance person to join our small team.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, can work off own initiative, is happy to work in a small team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in property maintenance with previous skills & experience to include decorating, getting rooms ready for new residents, liaising with contractors e.g. gardeners, lift, fire equipment, moving and handling equipment, kitchen equipment servicing, as well as a basic knowledge in plumbing (unblocking a toilet, putting a sink / toilet in) & electrical works (changing a plug socket / light bulbs / call bell points).
We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and will take pride in maintaining the home to an exceptional standard.

We can offer part time or full time hours up to 40 per week, the position is Monday-Friday (hours can be flexibility around the needs of the business for the right candidate).
Please note this does include the very occasional weekend / evening call out, this time can be paid or taken in lieu.
