Your new role
As Production Team Leader, you will play a key role within a busy manufacturing site, leading and developing a high-performing production team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting into senior operations' leadership, you will champion health and safety, drive performance against key KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Working on a permanent evening shift, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Lead, motivate and develop a team of up to 20 production operatives.

Champion a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance at all times

Drive production performance and exceed key KPIs including OEE, ATP, PPM and waste reduction

Ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality products

Monitor and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency and output

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line

Foster a positive, collaborative and well-organised working environment

Communicate effectively across teams and shifts to ensure operational consistency
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience within a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing highly desirable)Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and developing others
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-focused approach with strong collaboration skills
A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and innovation
