Salary range from £33,000 to £52,000 OTE
We operate 24/7 and are looking for individuals on the following shift patterns:
- Morning 7AM-3PM
- Afternoon 3PM -11PM
- Night 11PM - 7AM
Your earning potential is based on your ability! The more efficient you are, the more money you can earn. We have no limits, but we do have minimums, which are very achievable. Our current staff are overachieving on every shift.
Each task you complete is worth at least £1.50, and you can easily complete 10 an hour, if not more.
- Less than 250 tasks per week: £1.50 per task
- Less than 400 tasks per week: £1.60 per task
- Less than 499 tasks per week: £1.80 per task
- 500 tasks or more per week: £1.90 per task
The more tasks you complete, the more money you earn.

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and experienced individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for having their own van to transport goods efficiently and safely, ensuring KPI's are achieved in a timely fashion in Nottingham. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the use of your own vehicle with correct maintenance, such as a valid MOT, Insurance, and legal requirements.
As a Driver and Field Operative, you will play a vital part in maintaining our company's and clients' reputation.

Duties
- Safely operate your commercial vehicle, ensuring the vehicle is maintained to meet legal requirements.
- Change a battery on a vehicle
- Load and unload Scooters and Bikes, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with warehouse duties when required, such as battery rotation, while ensuring the unit is well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with managers and other team members.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading cargo and securing loads safely.
- Knowledge of road safety regulations within the UK and adherence to legal driving hours requirements. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and professionalism are valued highly.
