Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Arctic Harware UK Ltd is a growing UK manufacturer of bespoke architectural metalwork, supplying customers across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in producing quality work and is looking for a stable, long-term position within a growing manufacturing business.
The Role
Duties may include:
- Deburring and finishing laser-cut components
- Operating workshop machinery following training
- Inspecting components for quality
- Packing finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health and safety procedures
- Supporting other production activities as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and has a good work ethic
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Has good attention to detail
- Is willing to learn and follow established procedures
- Has a positive attitude towards health and safety
Previous manufacturing experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
