I am currently working with a leading legal 500 law firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join their Stockport.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable full service law firm, who offer genuine opportunities to progress, flexibility and an excellent work life balance.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual, ideally with over 1 PQE.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to independently manage a varied commercial property caseload from start to finish, across - commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant matters and commercial property finance working with both lenders and borrowers.
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy, be highly organised, and have excellent project management skills.
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the local community and beyond.
- Have a proven track record of billings, with the ability to working with deadlines, whilst maintaining the firms high standards of service delivery.
- Is dedicated to upholding the firms excellent reputation.
- Have a passion and interest for upskilling and supporting junior team members.
