We are seeking Trainee Negotiators to join our reputable estate agency. This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions. Full Training will be provided during the first 3 months.
Main Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact to prospect Vendors and Landlords
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers and tenants, guiding them through the sales and lettings process
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during visits
- Negotiate offers between vendors/landlords and prospective buyers/tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks such as updating property listings, preparing documentation, and maintaining client records
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local property trends and pricing
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions
- Provide advice to clients regarding the buying, selling, or letting process, including legal requirements and market conditions
Requirements
- Prior Experience (desired, but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
