Job Details
Working pattern: 37 hours per week. Term time plus inset days, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £22,747 per annum.
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about student wellbeing?
We are seeking a Safeguarding Administrator to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting safeguarding and attendance processes across the Academy.
What You Need to Succeed
This is a varied role and duties will include:
- Maintain and update safeguarding records (electronic and paper)
- Monitor CPOMS and safeguarding communications, escalating concerns as needed
- Provide admin support to Safeguarding, Attendance, and Pastoral teams
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage records securely
- Support attendance processes, including morning registration
- Assist with medical room administration and student health records
- Produce reports, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure data accuracy
- Uphold strict confidentiality at all times
