Job Description:
Talent Education is working in partnership with a SEND setting in Rochdale to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to start as soon as possible, with the role running over school holidays.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work as an LSA supporting children's development and emotional wellbeing. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and is confident supporting children with a range of needs.

The Role:
- Working one to one to support pupils as an LSA
- To support in the provision of high quality, safe and effective care to meet both the child’s health and learning needs
- To promote individual learning styles, and providing opportunities for all children to reach their optimal growth and development whilst being cared for in a happy and safe environment.
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have recent experience working in a primary school setting supporting children with SEND
- Be confident supporting pupils across different age groups
- Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Be adaptable, proactive, and reliable
- Be available to start ASAP
