Job Description Form – Seasonal Marina Operative.

Reporting directly to: Marina Manager, Office Manager.
Place of work: Shepperton Marina
Hours of work: As and When Required - June to October. Weekend Working Is Required.
Shepperton Marina prides itself on being the best marina on the River Thames. In order for us to provide the best marina we must have a team in place to provide a first-class service. The position of Seasonal Marina Operative is an important one to the company.
Primary Responsibilities
To assist with the smooth running of the Marina and provide excellent customer service.
Main Duties
- Offer outstanding Customer Service to all customers, visitors, contractors, tenants etc.
- Serve fuel.
- Credit Customers Electric Pods as required.
- Ensure the site is continuously looking clean and presentable including but not limited to cleaning of signs, electric pods, fixtures and fixings. As well as making sure that the marina is litter free, trolleys are available at every trolley bay, bins are not over-flowing and the facilities are clean & presentable and pontoons are safe for visitors.
- Other duties as required / instructed by Marina Manager / Office Manager.
