Ritual Coffee Roasters is a wholesale specialty coffee roastery with an onsite brew bar and kitchen, based in Cheltenham. Working as part of the Brew Bar team this role is perfect for a barista looking to further their career in coffee, with opportunities to develop new skills and be part of a growing company.
1 years + barista experience is essential for this new position, as we're looking for someone to hit the ground running when it comes to serving exceptional coffee and engaging with customers. We will provide further training, but if you can dial in espresso, steam and texture milk, and build drinks under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
The right candidate will be fun and dynamic with a real eye for detail and a desire to brew and serve the best coffee consistently. We’re looking for a ‘people person’ who loves to engage with customers and is a real team player when it comes to their work mates. The brew bar is a busy environment, so working efficiently and calmly under pressure is a must, while being able to communicate effectively and serve top coffee each and every time.
Along with making drinks, you will assist with front of house, taking orders and running drinks and food when necessary, as well as general cleaning duties.
We're looking for someone to start immediately. This is a part time role with the option of extra hours where cover is needed. Must be available on weekends and Bank Holidays.
