Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for reliable and detail-focused individuals to join our client's production team. This is a practical workshop-based role where you'll be involved in assembling and preparing loudspeaker drive units and components - not finished speaker systems.
Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with workshop, production, assembly, or handheld tool experience.

Preparing components using fly press, sander, and vacuum forming machinery.

Packing finished loudspeakers and chokes to specification.

Building, unloading, and unpacking pallets.

Checking deliveries and completing paperwork.

Storing stock correctly and reporting shortages or damaged goods.

Lifting, stacking, and moving units using a pallet truck.

Assisting with testing and assembly of speaker motor units.

Magnetising motor assemblies.

Preparing components including painting and gluing parts.

Using soldering irons and handheld tools.

Supporting other members of the production team.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to follow work instructions accurately.

Able to work efficiently to time targets.

Comfortable working in a workshop/production environment.

Experience with handheld tools is beneficial.
