As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking to appoint experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our successful Lincoln branch.

The Role
Working from our Lincoln office, you will be responsible for developing and growing your own recruitment desk, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business opportunities and developing existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Negotiating terms and securing new recruitment partnerships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Managing and growing a profitable recruitment desk
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding service

About You
To be considered for this role, you must have previous recruitment experience and a proven track record in business development within one or more of the following sectors:
- Industrial
- Logistics
- Driving
- Construction
- Trades & Labour
- Commercial
- Facilities Management
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
- A desire to build a successful long-term career in recruitment
- A passion for delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates
