Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Up to £50,000 Basic Salary + Travel Time + Overtime + Company Vehicle
We're looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering a portfolio of well-known retail stores across Reading and surrounding areas.
This is a field-based role suited to an engineer who enjoys autonomy, varied work, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems within occupied retail environments.

The Role
- Service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive breakdown attendance and fault finding
- Working on VRV/VRF, split, multi-split and AHU systems
- Completing service reports and compliance paperwork
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety
- Covering retail sites throughout the M25 region
What We're Looking For
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification
- Experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience within retail, commercial or FM environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good customer-facing skills and professional attitude
