We are currently looking for a Assistant Nursery Manager to work in a lovely Nursery in Horsham, starting ASAP. You will also be considered for the role is you have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working as Third-in-Charge/Room Leader.
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000

Job Description:
- Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operation of the nursery as Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Managing the Third-in-Charge/Room Leaders
- Supervising and motivating nursery staff to maintain high standards of childcare and education.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted requirements.
- Assisting with staff recruitment, induction, training, and performance management.
- Maintaining accurate records for children, staff, and regulatory inspections.
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally.
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Assistant Nursery Manager experience or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience working as a Third-in-Charge/Room Leader
- Full understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS
- Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of working within a team
- Experience of providing customer service
