Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join our Systems team as a Graduate Systems Analyst. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates looking to start their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our company's IT systems. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow at Student Cribs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify problem areas in the business and put together proposals to implement and improve systems
- Partner with developers on a day-to-day basis, answering questions, providing clarification, and helping keep work moving in the right direction
- Triage and assist team members with technical queries
- Create and update support materials for different modules of the system
- Lead best practices within data entry and validate data entered into the system
- Manage bug fix and feature requests from the wider team
- Perform any other duties as appropriately assigned by management
Requirements:
- Natural problem solver: you thrive on fixing things
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly, politely, and in a friendly, professional manner.
- Experience with SQL
- An interest in both property and technology, and how they can be combined to drive business improvement.
- Strong interest in using data and technology to build, enhance, or streamline projects
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Experience with creating support materials
- Experience testing software would be beneficial
- Previous internship or work experience in an IT support role is a plus, but not essential
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
