- Windscreen & Glass Repair Technician (self-employed, rolling contract)
- Commission Earnings: unlimited, unrestricted - the more clients you look after, the more repairs you do, the more you earn

Location: Operating within all Nottinghamshire (NG) post code areas
Essential: Clean, valid UK driving license
Corporate Ford Fiesta Van Provided: Must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes
Full Training Provided: at NVQ GQA Level 2 Standard
Uncapped Commission: From £33,000 pa (performance based)
Hours: Full-time: Mon – Fri PLUS every Saturday morning until 1pm

- You must already be living in the NG postcode area

We are a REPAIRS-ONLY company so there's no need to lift heavy windscreens and NO WINDSCREEN REPLACEMENT WORKS are required.
This Windscreen & Glass Repair Technician will be responsible for providing a wide range of windscreen and glass repair services to 100s of our existing clients across all NG postcodes, while managing their own diary and client visit schedule. Previous experience of exceptional face-to-face customer-services and customer-care is essential.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out a wide range of windscreen & glass repairs for 100s of our existing Commercial Automotive Clients including main dealerships and their customers, transport and logistics, buses and coaches, plant and hire etc.
- Diarising your own weekly visit schedule to reach 100s of our clients across the NG postcodes
- Providing exceptional face-to-face customer serviceability at a consistently high level
- Building long-term client relationships
- Liaising with new and existing clients via telephone
- Completing hard copy invoices accurately and neatly
The successful candidate will need:
- to follow existing Screen Rescue operations and processes
- to uphold the Screen Rescue operating brand and company ethos
- proven experience in a customer-facing, customer orientated role
- a good knowledge of all NG postcode areas
- to be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- to be self-motivated and hard-working
- to be friendly and professional with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- excellent knowledge of planning routes effectively and efficiently
- the ability to look after a thriving, fast-paced existing client base
Hours of Work:
Full-time: Mon – Fri PLUS every Saturday morning until 1pm (less holidays)
