UST is seeking an accomplished Account Manager / Engagement Manager to lead and grow large‑scale managed services engagements within complex enterprise environments. This is a senior, client‑facing role for professionals with a proven ability to sell, govern, and deliver capacity‑based managed services, while driving strong commercial and operational outcomes.
You will hold end‑to‑end accountability for strategic client relationships, managed service delivery governance, financial performance, and service excellence across high‑value portfolios exceeding $10M in annual revenue.
The Role
As an Engagement Leader, you will:
- Own and manage end‑to‑end client engagements across application support, database services, and enterprise managed services operations.
- Drive delivery governance, ensuring consistent adherence to SLAs, KPIs, audit requirements, and contractual commitments (MSAs and SOWs).
- Lead capacity‑based managed service models, including demand forecasting, utilisation management, resource optimisation, and margin control.
- Act as a trusted partner to C‑suite and senior business stakeholders, leading governance forums, service reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams across multiple programmes and workstreams.
- Ensure operational stability while driving continuous service improvement and revenue growth within complex enterprise accounts.
- Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and programme leadership to deliver integrated, outcome‑driven services.
Experience & Expertise
You bring strong commercial acumen, delivery credibility, and deep experience operating at scale.
- Proven experience managing managed services portfolios of $10M+, with accountability for P&L, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success selling, expanding, and renewing capacity‑based managed service engagements.
- Hands‑on experience across application support and DBA operations within enterprise delivery models.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, commercial frameworks, and global delivery models, including offshore and nearshore structures.
- Confident executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Proven capability leading service transformation, optimisation, and automation programmes.
- Experience coordinating third‑party vendors and ecosystem partners as part of end‑to‑end service delivery.
