We are looking for a motivated and reliable Summer Temp to join our AV Warehouse team in Carterton. This is a hands-on role that will provide valuable experience working with professional audio-visual equipment and supporting the preparation of live events.
The Role
Working alongside our AV Warehouse Technician and Technical Producers, you will help ensure that equipment is organised, maintained, prepared, and ready for dispatch to events and productions.
This is a practical and physically active role based primarily in our warehouse. It would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has a good eye for detail, and is comfortable with manual handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting with the preparation and packing of equipment for events and productions.
· Checking equipment in and out of the warehouse.
· Supporting the loading and unloading of company vehicles.
· Organising and maintaining warehouse stock and storage areas.
· Assisting with basic equipment checks and cleaning.
· Helping to keep the warehouse tidy, safe, and well organised.
· Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to the AV Warehouse Technician.
· Assisting with stock counts and inventory management.
· Supporting the wider production team during busy periods as required.
Skills & Experience
No previous AV experience is essential, although an interest in audio-visual technology, live events, or production would be beneficial.
We are looking for someone who:

Location
This role is based at our warehouse in Carterton, Oxfordshire (OX18 1AD).
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the workplace for the duration of the summer placement.
