Warehouse Order Picker/ Packer
Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team specializing in organic fresh produce.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing boxes for delivery while ensuring that the highest standards of quality and freshness are maintained.
Key Responsibilities: Order Picking and Packing:
- Accurately select fresh produce items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect produce for quality, ensuring only the best items are packed.
- Properly weigh and package items to ensure safe delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Handle organic produce with care to minimize bruising and damage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Warehouse Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, picking/packing of produce for retail would be a distinct advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move up to 25kg, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate order fulfilment and handle produce with care.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Time Management: Work efficiently under time constraints to meet order deadlines.

Location:
Our warehouse is based in Feltham, West London, approximately a 15-minute walk from Feltham Mainline Train Station.

Working Hours are:
- Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Every other Friday, 8am-3pm
Job Type: Full-time
