Vehicle Technician – West End Motors (Bodmin)
Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (08:30–12:30, paid extra)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience + productivity bonus
West End Motors, a family-run dealership in Bodmin, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of vehicles
- Electric vehicle experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
- Team player with a commitment to high standards and customer care
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on all vehicles
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company standards for quality and efficiency
- Complete accurate warranty, service and repair documentation
- Identify and recommend additional work in line with customer safety and Duty of Care
- Maintain consistently high workmanship to support strong customer satisfaction
